We have been working with researchers in the field of genetics to create new artwork inspired by the ideas, processes and conversations with academics including archaeological, yeast and plant DNA. We have collaborated with scientific glassblower Gayle Price to create new work based on our research and have run workshops with local schools to share our ideas and generate material for our exhibition, opening on 10th November 2017 and further exhibitions in Berlin and Bath.

The project is funded by Arts Council England & Leicester University with additional support from De Montfort University Fine Art Photography Research Group.
